Go Vida Plena review

Headline rates require a year

Every figure the site leads with is a twelve-month prepaid rate; paying by the month costs $90 more on both injections.

Our verdict

Go Vida Plena runs a genuinely Spanish-language program, from the landing copy through the intake to the legal pages, which is rare and worth something. The pricing is where it falls down. Each product card advertises a "desde" figure — $179 for the semaglutide injection, $269 for the tirzepatide injection — and each is the twelve-month rung, billed at $2,148 and $3,228 in a single charge. The month-to-month rate for the same two products is $269 and $359. The site also prints a $6-a-day framing of that same annual rate, and states in its own small print that prices vary by dose.

What it is

A Spanish-first telehealth weight-management program selling compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide in both injectable and oral forms, operated by Vida Plena Health, Inc.

How it works

A free online medical questionnaire, a video consultation with a licensed provider, then home delivery. Four virtual visits a year are described as included, along with nutrition guidance built around Latin cooking and 24/7 access to a patient portal. Payment can be split through Afterpay or Klarna.

Pricing transparency

Four ladders are published in full, one per product. The semaglutide injection runs $269 month to month, $219 on three months billed at $657, $199 on six months billed at $1,194 and $179 on twelve months billed at $2,148. The tirzepatide injection runs $359, $309, $289 and $269, with the annual plan billed at $3,228. Oral forms are priced higher. Every product card and service page leads with the twelve-month rung rather than the monthly one.

Branded vs compounded

Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, injectable and oral. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy or quality before dispensing. A full Spanish-language compounding disclosure sits on a footer-linked page, and it states that the company does not guarantee access to any specific medication, dose, route or pharmacy.

Pros and watch-outs

What we like

  • The whole funnel, including the legal pages, is written in Spanish
  • All four plan ladders are published with totals, not just rates
  • Consultation, follow-up and shipping stated as included
  • Afterpay and Klarna offered as installment options

Watch-outs

  • Every advertised figure is the twelve-month prepaid rung
  • Paying monthly costs $90 more on both injections
  • The small print states prices vary by dose
  • No milligram strength and no compounding pharmacy is named

Best for

Spanish-speaking buyers prepaying a full year.

Who should look elsewhere

Anyone paying month to month or comparing doses.

Frequently asked

What does Go Vida Plena cost a month?
The semaglutide injection is $269 a month with no commitment and the tirzepatide injection is $359. The lower figures on the product cards, $179 and $269, are twelve-month plans charged as single payments of $2,148 and $3,228. Six- and three-month rungs sit between the two.
What is the $6 a day figure?
It is the same twelve-month semaglutide plan expressed per day rather than per month. Six dollars a day across a calendar month is about $183, close to the $179 annual rung. It is not a daily billing option and the medication is injected weekly.
Does the price stay flat as the dose goes up?
The pricing page says it may not. Its own footnote states that prices can vary by treatment, dose, pharmacy, medical evaluation and selected plan. No milligram strength is printed beside any plan, so a buyer cannot tell which dose the advertised figure covers.
Where does the medication come from?
No pharmacy is named. The compounding disclosure says preparation, dispensing and shipping may be handled by licensed pharmacies or authorized third parties, and that the company does not guarantee a specific pharmacy. It also states the company neither manufactures medication nor operates as a pharmacy.
Is Go Vida Plena expensive compared with other GLP-1 sellers by price providers?
Go Vida Plena publishes a starting figure of $269/mo. Across the 226 GLP-1 sellers by price providers we review that publish a single monthly figure, those run $76 to $449 with a median of $179, which puts Go Vida Plena above the median. The other 11 GLP-1 sellers by price providers we review quote only after an intake or price by dose, so they are not in that comparison. A starting figure is not a bill — labs, consultations and shipping are often charged separately, so confirm what your own quote includes.
