NuuVim publishes both numbers side by side, which is more than much of this category does, and the number its marketing repeats is the introductory one. Every product card carries a "New to GLP-1s" column and a "Current User" column: semaglutide runs $79 a month for three months and $133 after, tirzepatide $133 then $199.67, in injectable and oral form alike. Neither rate is billed monthly — each is a three-month plan taken as a single payment, so the opening charge is $237 for semaglutide and the standing charge is $399 a quarter.
