NuuVim review

Introductory rate advertised

$79 is an introductory rate covering the first three months, billed as one payment, and the standing semaglutide rate published beside it is $133.

Our verdict

NuuVim publishes both numbers side by side, which is more than much of this category does, and the number its marketing repeats is the introductory one. Every product card carries a "New to GLP-1s" column and a "Current User" column: semaglutide runs $79 a month for three months and $133 after, tirzepatide $133 then $199.67, in injectable and oral form alike. Neither rate is billed monthly — each is a three-month plan taken as a single payment, so the opening charge is $237 for semaglutide and the standing charge is $399 a quarter. The flat-dose promise is the genuinely useful part: one price at every dose, stated on every card and in the pricing table's own column heading.

What it is

A Texas-registered telehealth seller operating as NuuVim LLC, offering compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide as weekly injections and daily sublingual liquid, with brand Ozempic and Zepbound listed separately at cash prices.

How it works

Prescription-gated telehealth sold in three-month blocks rather than by the month. Care runs through secure text-based messaging with scheduled check-ins, shipping is included, and plans renew automatically until canceled in the patient portal.

Pricing transparency

Two rates per product, both published. Semaglutide, injectable or oral, is $79 a month for the first three months and $133 a month as the standard rate; tirzepatide, injectable or oral, is $133 and then $199.67. Each is billed as one three-month payment — $237 and $399 introductory, $399 and $599 standard — and the pricing page states outright that its advertised figures are introductory monthly equivalents for customers new to GLP-1 treatment. Dose does not change the price: every card states one rate at all doses, with free shipping and no membership fee.

Branded vs compounded

Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide in injectable and sublingual liquid form. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy or quality before dispensing, and a footnote on the homepage says so. Brand Ozempic and Zepbound are listed separately at $1,498 and $1,892 a month. Two partner pharmacies are named in the terms with street addresses: Hallandale Pharmacy in Fort Lauderdale and VialsRX in Houston.

How we assessed this. This review reflects GLP Loss’s own read of NuuVim’s publicly-stated model — pricing transparency, clinical oversight, medication clarity, and access — against our editorial methodology. Frequently asked

Is NuuVim $79 a month?
For three months, and only for customers new to GLP-1 treatment. After that the semaglutide rate is $133 a month. Both numbers sit on the same card, under headings reading “New to GLP-1s” and “Current User”, so the standing rate is not hidden — it is simply not the one the homepage repeats.
How does NuuVim bill?
In three-month blocks taken as a single payment. The introductory semaglutide plan is $237 for three months and the standard plan is $399; tirzepatide is $399 introductory and $599 standard. No month-to-month option is published, so the first charge is three times the advertised monthly figure.
Does the price rise as the dose goes up?
No. Every card states one price at all doses, and the pricing table carries a column confirming the same price at any dose. That is worth more than it sounds: a re-priced ladder can double a year's cost between a starting dose and a maintenance one, and most sellers in this category do not say either way.
What does tirzepatide cost at NuuVim?
$133 a month for the first three months and $199.67 a month thereafter, in either injectable or sublingual form. Those bill as $399 and then $599 per three-month cycle. The oral and the injection are priced identically, which is unusual — most sellers charge a premium for one route or the other.
Is NuuVim legit?
NuuVim is a GLP-1 sellers by price service. Its stated availability: 50 states plus DC. What our record does not establish: whether it bills insurance and how its intake works. Ask for those in writing before you pay.
Is NuuVim expensive compared with other GLP-1 sellers by price providers?
NuuVim publishes a starting figure of $133/mo. Across the 331 GLP-1 sellers by price providers we review that publish a single monthly figure, those run $76 to $449 with a median of $179, which puts NuuVim below the median, toward the cheaper end. The other 23 GLP-1 sellers by price providers we review quote only after an intake or price by dose, so they are not in that comparison. A starting figure is not a bill — labs, consultations and shipping are often charged separately, so confirm what your own quote includes.
