OurView Health review

Online weight care with flat-dose main-site plans, a separate beginner-dose campaign and named clinical and pharmacy partners.

OurView’s main site offers monthly and prepaid compounded plans. A separate campaign uses different beginner-dose prices, so confirm the selected offer and its later-dose costs.

Our verdict

OurView’s main-site plans make the payment choice reasonably clear: a month at a time or an upfront three-month purchase. The more important complication is a simultaneously active campaign with different starting prices and dose qualifications. Choose a specific plan before comparing costs. A lower entry figure should not be treated as proof that every dose or renewal costs less. The published clinical and pharmacy relationships are useful starting points for questions, although they do not replace confirming the clinician, preparation and dispenser assigned to your own prescription.

What it is

OurView describes a patient-management platform working with independent licensed clinicians and pharmacy services, rather than directly providing those services itself. The homepage outlines an assessment followed by provider-guided treatment. That distinction helps identify who should answer different questions: the platform handles account arrangements, while medical decisions belong to the prescriber. Ask which medical practice holds your record and how to reach the care team between reviews. A short enrollment estimate does not establish the speed of an individual treatment decision or a response to symptoms.

How it works

The FAQ names Telegra as the clinical network and Boudreaux’s New Drug Store in Louisiana as a pharmacy partner. It describes provider approval before payment is collected; a declined treatment request releases the authorization. The main site says consultations and ongoing support are included without a required membership or shipping fee. Its patient portal provides a place to manage account information. Confirm whether your clinical appointment is live or asynchronous, what follow-up is scheduled and how questions about an order already at the pharmacy are handled. Published partner names are not an independent license inspection.

Pricing transparency

The main-site semaglutide plan is $109 month-to-month or $297 prepaid for three months, equivalent to $99 per month. Tirzepatide is $129 month-to-month or $357 upfront, equivalent to $119 per month. These pages describe flat pricing across prescribed doses and a 30-day medication supply. The separate campaign instead starts semaglutide at $75 and tirzepatide at $135, expressly qualifying them as beginner-dose prices. Do not transfer the main site’s flat-dose promise to that campaign. Obtain the selected offer’s preparation, full later-dose price and renewal instructions. A prepaid monthly equivalent is also not the amount collected when that plan starts.

Branded vs compounded

The main product pages identify compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. The campaign explicitly describes weekly injections, but does not clearly establish its preparation or make it identical to the main-site plan. Compounded drugs lack FDA approval and premarket FDA verification of safety, effectiveness or quality. Confirm the precise product and route in the prescription. The tirzepatide product page mentions glycine and also lists a separate NAD+ bundle; do not assume a displayed combination is a requirement for the plain tirzepatide plan. An educational discussion of oral medicine does not establish a current oral GLP-1 offer.

Pros and watch-outs

What we like

  • Main-site product pages distinguish a monthly payment from an upfront prepaid total.
  • The FAQ names a clinical network and pharmacy partner instead of leaving both entirely anonymous.
  • Published return and privacy policies provide practical contact routes and account responsibilities.

Watch-outs

  • A separate campaign has different starting prices and dose qualifications.
  • The FAQ’s renewal language and the return policy’s subscription language need a selected-plan explanation.
  • A named pharmacy partner does not establish every order’s preparation, availability or assigned dispenser.

Sources

Best for

Adults in the stated service area who want to compare a main-site monthly plan with a prepaid alternative and will confirm exactly which offer they are purchasing.

Who should look elsewhere

Someone who wants to assume a beginner-dose campaign rate applies at every dose, or who needs an unconditional refund on medicine already dispensed and shipped.

How we assessed this. This review reflects GLP Loss’s own read of OurView Health’s publicly-stated model — pricing transparency, clinical oversight, medication clarity, and access — against our editorial methodology. Frequently asked

Are the monthly and prepaid plans the same payment schedule?
No. The main product cards distinguish month-to-month payment from three months paid in full. Compare the amount due now with the term you intend to use. Ask how an early stop affects unused treatment and any money paid in advance rather than assuming that a monthly equivalent creates a monthly installment agreement.
Does the price increase with the dose?
The main-site plan advertises the same price at any prescribed dose. The separate campaign expressly ties its entry prices to beginner doses. Ask for the later-dose schedule attached to your chosen offer, and keep that document. One offer’s advertising should not be used as another offer’s billing agreement.
Will I be charged automatically for a refill?
The FAQ says monthly prescribing is reviewed before payment and that patients are not charged automatically. The return policy nevertheless refers to canceling a subscription in the portal before shipment. Ask how consent to continue, payment approval and cancellation work for the specific monthly or prepaid arrangement. Retain the confirmation for any change.
Can a prescription be returned or refunded?
The return policy makes prescription sales final once payment has been charged and the package handed to the carrier. It permits account changes or subscription cancellation before shipment and provides help for lost or damaged orders. Confirm the treatment of an unfilled prescription or unused prepaid period separately; the nonprescription return window does not apply to prescription medicine.
Where is OurView available?
The current product pages list service states and exclude Arkansas, Connecticut, Hawaii and New Jersey. Check the state where you will actually receive care, especially before moving or traveling. A listed location does not guarantee eligibility for every preparation or replace the clinician’s assessment of an individual prescription.
Can I use my own pharmacy or insurance?
The terms allow a different pharmacy request before an order is completed and say the service is not health insurance. Ask what an outside dispenser would charge and whether the platform’s bundle changes. Do not assume that permission to direct a prescription elsewhere guarantees the same preparation, quoted price or reimbursement.
How can I correct or request medical records?
The HIPAA notice describes access, amendment, disclosure-accounting and confidential-communication requests. Its language addresses pharmacists and pharmacy staff as well as the platform name. Ask which organization maintains the particular record you need and where to send the request. A privacy notice is a useful set of responsibilities, not independent verification of every system’s security.
Does opting out of advertising cancel treatment?
The privacy policy describes marketing texts and an opt-out route. Keep advertising preferences separate from clinical follow-up, prescription approval and account cancellation. If you want to stop treatment or a prepaid arrangement, obtain an account-specific confirmation rather than relying on an unsubscribe message. Preserve a clinical contact channel when changing communication preferences.
