Evergreen Telehealth review

Commitment terms matter

Evergreen Lean combines online weight-management care with a medication subscription. The starting program rate depends on medication and commitment, while cancellation timing can affect a refill charge.

Our verdict

Evergreen suits someone seeking an ongoing care team. Before enrolling, confirm the selected prescription, supplied amount and complete payment schedule.

What it is

Evergreen Telehealth is the ConsultRX LLC platform connecting patients with independent NVP Medical Group clinicians. Its treatment directory marks Evergreen Lean open, with semaglutide or tirzepatide among the options. The homepage also says weight loss is open. Other treatments and wellness waitlists are separate from access to the weight program.

How it works

Consent allows live visits or information submitted for later clinician review, depending on location. Evie assists with intake and support; clinicians make prescribing decisions. You can request a human. The homepage advertises round-the-clock support, but the consent says clinical encounters and messages are not monitored around the clock. Keep urgent concerns outside routine app messaging.

Pricing transparency

Lean advertises a starting $159 monthly program rate, varying by medication and commitment. It includes prescribed medication and shipping, with medication shipped every two months. Month-to-month plans have a two-month minimum; six- and twelve-month plans require upfront payment. These are program terms, not a verified quote for a particular dose or quantity. Separately listed labs and add-on medications may cost extra under the terms.

Branded vs compounded

The Lean page describes its medications as compounded, but lists injection, oral and nasal options across different compounds. That does not establish every form for semaglutide or tirzepatide. Confirm the exact formulation and supplied amount. Evergreen’s consent says compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. It also permits pharmacy choice and a commercially manufactured alternative when available and clinically appropriate.

Pros and watch-outs

What we like

  • The weight program is explicitly open.
  • Patients can choose where to fill a prescription.
  • The refund policy distinguishes medical exceptions from fulfillment failures.

Watch-outs

  • A starting monthly rate leaves the selected prescription quote unresolved.
  • Late cancellation can still trigger a dispensed refill charge.
  • A nationwide pharmacy network does not establish every product’s availability.

How we assessed this. This review reflects GLP Loss’s own read of Evergreen Telehealth’s publicly-stated model — pricing transparency, clinical oversight, medication clarity, and access — against our editorial methodology. Frequently asked

Does Evergreen bill insurance?
The terms make the service self-pay: Evergreen and the medical group do not bill private insurance or government health programs. An itemized receipt may support a possible HSA or FSA reimbursement request, but reimbursement is not guaranteed.
What happens when I cancel?
Cancellation stops renewal rather than shortening the paid term. Request it at least seven days before renewal. A later request stops the plan renewing but can still leave a nonrefundable charge for the refill already dispensed for shipment. Keep cancellation confirmation. The homepage’s cancel-before-refill wording is less specific than these terms.
Can I get a refund if treatment stops?
Processed, prescribed or shipped orders are generally nonrefundable, and a completed clinical assessment can remain chargeable even without the hoped-for outcome. If an NVP clinician finds you medically unable to continue, an unshipped-medication refund is considered case by case. If Evergreen or NVP cannot fulfill or ship medication, the policy promises a full refund for that unshipped medication. Exceptions cover affected charges, not unrelated purchases. Approved refunds generally take five to ten business days to process, with possible bank delay. The policy asks for order details, the reason for the request and supporting information, and permits further information requests. A clinical decision about stopping treatment belongs to NVP’s providers, rather than the platform making its own medical judgment.
Is treatment available in every state?
The homepage describes a pharmacy network covering all states, but Lean says availability varies by state and product. Consent also requires an appropriately authorized clinician where you are physically located. Confirm the selected treatment and your encounter location before paying; shipping reach alone does not establish access to care.
How do app support and clinical follow-up differ?
Support describes scheduling a visit after intake and provider matching, and generally answering technical support emails within one business day. Those are administrative arrangements, not a promise that clinical messages receive the same turnaround. It also describes verified account-deletion requests within thirty days. Deleting an account is a different request from stopping a subscription or obtaining clinical records.
What should I know about health information and Evie?
The privacy policy separates the platform from the medical group’s privacy notice. It says Evergreen is not a HIPAA covered entity or business associate. AI features can send information you provide, including health information and submitted files, to AWS for processing; team members may review conversations for follow-up. Permission is required for the app’s AI features. The policy retains some information for legal obligations, so account deletion does not necessarily erase every record. Read the clinical group’s notice as well as the platform policy before sharing sensitive information. The platform policy covers browsing and analytics as well as health details. It describes sharing with service providers and the use of de-identified or aggregated information for research, analytics and other purposes. Opting out of promotional messages does not necessarily stop transactional texts. These distinctions matter when deciding which channel to use for sensitive questions; clinical information and website marketing preferences are different matters.
