What it is
Revive Longevity LLC operates the platform. Its disclaimer separates that business from independent clinical services through Telegra MD. The platform itself does not prescribe.
How it works
The program describes ongoing communication, check-ins and questions between doses. Lab work is guided by the care team. Telehealth consent says care may require an in-person visit and does not replace routine primary care. No specific prescription is guaranteed. Terms name Strive Pharmacy in coordination with Telegra MD but also allow other fulfillment partners. Confirm the actual dispenser on your prescription.
Pricing transparency
Memberships cost $299, $599 or $999 per four weeks. Their product allowances are one, up to three and up to four, subject to clinical appropriateness. Foundation excludes blood panels; the higher tiers include two or four annually. These bundles are not a quoted price for one particular medication. The individual-therapy guide separately lists compounded tirzepatide at $279 per four weeks, subject to eligibility and documented individual clinical need. It does not establish your selected dose, quantity or route. Payment terms describe authorization before provider approval, with no charge if declined. Completed consultations are separately described as nonrefundable; ask what remains payable if treatment is declined.
Branded vs compounded
The guide lists compounded tirzepatide. It is not an FDA-approved finished product; confirm the formulation and dispensing instructions with the clinician and pharmacist. Membership product counts should not be read as a promise of every listed treatment or a particular medicine supply.

- Membership product and lab allowances are itemized.
- Washington health-data rights are explained.
Watch-outs
- Four-week bundles need a separate prescription breakdown.
- Refund wording differs between legal pages.
- A named partner is not your confirmed dispenser.

How we assessed this. This review reflects GLP Loss’s own read of Revive Longevity’s publicly-stated model — pricing transparency, clinical oversight, medication clarity, and access — against our editorial methodology. We publish no fabricated ratings or first-hand outcomes. A partnership never changes the assessment — see how we make money.
Frequently asked
- Is Revive Longevity legit?
- Its disclaimer identifies Revive Longevity LLC and independent care through Telegra MD. Verify your treating professional and selected agreement.
- Does canceling stop the current charge?
- The refund policy ends future renewal at the current period’s end. A processed current-period payment is not refunded.
- Can I cancel before the pharmacy prepares treatment?
- The policy allows possible refunds before costs arise, then a fee up to $50. Terms allow possible partial relief after compounding; the refund policy denies it. Ask which applies.
- What if an order arrives damaged or incorrect?
- Report within forty-eight hours of delivery. Replacement is offered; if impractical, account credit, not refunds.
- Can telehealth visits be recorded?
- The consent permits recording and continues until revoked in writing. Revocation does not undo care already delivered.
- What health-data requests are described?
- The Washington policy covers residents or data collected there. It describes access, withdrawal of consent and deletion requests, subject to required record retention.
