What it is
LifeTech Apps Inc runs the technology platform. Independent providers prescribe; independent pharmacies dispense. The company does neither.
How it works
Kova names Telegra’s provider and pharmacy networks; that does not identify your assigned dispenser. The app tracks symptoms, medication schedules and nutrition. Its privacy notice describes these as support features, not medical decisions or adverse-event assessment. The medical privacy notice describes access and amendment requests. Editing app entries does not delete prescriptions, provider instructions or pharmacy records. These rights apply to information the company maintains.
Pricing transparency
Semaglutide’s one-month plan costs $249 initially, then $299 monthly. Tirzepatide’s costs $299 initially, then $399. Three-month options show $179/$249 monthly or $537/$747 upfront; six-month options $149/$229 or $894/$1,374 upfront. Twelve-month options show $129/$199 or $1,548/$2,388 upfront. These are program prices, not a verified prescription invoice. Medication is included; required labs cost extra.
Branded vs compounded
The program names compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. Its app’s injection tools do not establish the preparation, route, quantity or supply for your prescription. Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved; FDA does not review their safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing.

How we assessed this. This review reflects GLP Loss’s own read of Kova’s publicly-stated model — pricing transparency, clinical oversight, medication clarity, and access — against our editorial methodology. We publish no fabricated ratings or first-hand outcomes. A partnership never changes the assessment — see how we make money.
Frequently asked
- When does Kova take payment?
- The enrollment policy says payment occurs at checkout with a full refund if declined. The agreement instead describes initial capture after prescribing. Confirm your written terms.
- Can a longer monthly plan cost more to cancel?
- Voluntary early cancellation can reprice completed months. Medical cancellation differs. Turning off renewal does not end the current commitment. Started months are generally nonrefundable.
- Is a prepaid plan a specified medicine supply?
- No. Program terms are separate from quantity. Prepaid refunds use shipped months, with a separate medical-cancellation exception.
- Are medication and laboratory costs included?
- The program includes medication, clinician consultations, delivery and app access. Required laboratory work is separately paid. Ask about testing costs before comparing the advertised plan totals.
- Does the consumer health notice cover all records?
- No. It excludes HIPAA-protected information and other exempt data. It names overseas affiliate AM APPS LTD, describes consent withdrawal and allows deletion requests subject to legal limits.
- Does the app replace clinical follow-up?
- No. The privacy notice says AI-supported features do not diagnose, prescribe, assess adverse events or replace clinical judgment. Its tracking and reminders support care rather than make treatment decisions.
