Found's lower figure is a twelve-month prepaid cash rate; its own month-to-month cash price is $289, within $8 of what Direct Meds charges as a standing rate — so almost the whole distance here is commitment, not medicine. Direct Meds runs the other way at the start, with a single $150 credit that puts the first bill at $147 and the second back at full price. Found also has insured figures — $99 prepaid, $199 monthly — that a cash comparison cannot show.
