Does Ways2Well sell a GLP-1?

Consultation first; medicine separate

Ways2Well offers clinician-directed peptide consultations for weight-management goals alongside laboratory-based care. Its consultation and membership charges are separate from a selected prescription.

Our verdict

Ways2Well may fit someone who wants a clinician to review laboratory findings and health goals before discussing treatment. Compare the included visits and testing with the support you need. A weight-loss peptide category does not establish a GLP-1 package. Confirm the prescription and payment terms.

What it is

The terms identify Integrative M.D., LLC doing business as Ways2Well and separate the platform from clinicians exercising independent medical judgment. The company describes preventive care through diagnostic testing and physician-guided plans, with clinics in Austin and Houston as well as virtual access. Its founder biography identifies Brigham Buhler as the owner of Revive Rx Pharmacy. That relationship does not identify the dispenser for your own prescription. Confirm the treating clinician and pharmacy rather than assuming ownership connects every part of your order. Separately, the pharmacy’s website lists 3831 Golf Drive in Houston, matching the facility in FDA records. FDA’s September 22, 2025 warning letter to Revive Rx LLC dba Revive Rx Pharmacy raised sterile-compounding and contamination-control concerns. A March 27, 2026 Form 483 recorded later inspection observations involving contamination and personnel monitoring. Form 483 observations are not a final agency determination. These are pharmacy records, not a warning letter to Ways2Well or confirmation of your dispenser; they do not establish present conditions.

How it works

The FAQ describes telehealth consultations after laboratory work and says outside lab results are not accepted. It directs site-purchased bloodwork through Quest, with another laboratory possible for some tests. Ask which panel is necessary and when the clinician will review the results. The peptide page says future purchases do not require another consult; the terms require at least an annual peptide evaluation and allow earlier review. Confirm the follow-up requirements for your treatment.

Pricing transparency

A twenty-minute peptide consultation is $99; any prescribed peptides are purchased separately. This is not a monthly medication price. The care-plan page lists Clarity at $499 once for a comprehensive blood panel and a forty-minute clinician consultation. Core is advertised at $125 per month or $1,499 per year, with four forty-minute visits, two comprehensive blood panels and one targeted panel. These are care-plan charges, not a medicine-inclusive GLP-1 offer. Champion is marked coming soon. The FAQ says Ways2Well is direct pay, accepts HSA/FSA payments and is not contracted with insurance payers. It cannot provide CPT or ICD-10 codes. Do not assume an invoice guarantees reimbursement.

Branded vs compounded

The peptide program explicitly includes weight and fat-loss goals, but its treatment categories do not establish a selected medicine, preparation, route, quantity or recurring drug charge. The terms allow pharmacy selection and say medication-related payments may combine pharmacy charges with service or processing costs. Request an itemized total. If a compounded drug is proposed, it is not FDA-approved; FDA does not review its safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing.

Pros and watch-outs

What we like

  • Consultation fees are distinguished from peptide purchases.
  • Care plans specify visit and laboratory benefits.
  • A separate coverage page describes service restrictions.

Watch-outs

  • A selected weight-management medicine and complete quote remain unconfirmed.
  • Monthly cancellation does not take effect immediately.
  • General and peptide-specific coverage descriptions differ.

How we assessed this. This review reflects GLP Loss’s own read of Ways2Well’s publicly-stated model — pricing transparency, clinical oversight, medication clarity, and access — against our editorial methodology. Frequently asked

Does a Care Plan include my medication?
No. The care-plan page says prescriptions are neither guaranteed nor included. A clinician can recommend medication after reviewing your history, labs and consultation. Ask for the separate pharmacy quote, amount supplied and any related service charges before adding it to the care fee.
When does a monthly Core cancellation stop charges?
The terms require at least two billing cycles. After a cancellation request, one further scheduled monthly payment is due before cancellation takes effect, even if you have already completed many cycles. Annual cancellation instead stops the next renewal. Obtain the effective date in writing.
Will I get my service fee back if treatment is declined?
The terms generally make consultations, labs, peptide consultations and care-plan fees nonrefundable once purchased or the service process begins, subject to legal exceptions or a written offer. Not qualifying for treatment does not itself establish a refund.
Can I use the same treatments in every covered state?
No general list establishes that. The coverage page says forty-six states plus D.C.; other service pages use different lists. The peptide page describes therapy-level restrictions, including weight-loss-only access in California, Ohio and Nevada. Confirm your physical location and selected therapy before paying.
How do I arrange ongoing lab review?
The FAQ describes a scheduling link after bloodwork for the provider consultation. Ask which appointment is included, what follow-up testing would cost and how a new symptom reaches the clinician. Access to results in an app is different from having those results reviewed for a treatment decision.
Are app and website conversations covered by the same privacy rules?
The privacy policy distinguishes protected clinical information from other platform data and refers to medical-provider privacy notices. It also describes storing chats and optional AI features using de-identified biomarker data with consent. Review the applicable notice and choices before using those features; they do not replace a prescribing consultation.
