LifeVine Wellness offers compounded weight care. Confirm total cost.

Our verdict

Compare the named medication offer and its actual payment term. A monthly equivalent, a starter campaign and a personalized coaching plan are different purchase descriptions.

What it is

LifeVine Wellness LLC operates the platform; independent clinicians provide care and pharmacies dispense prescriptions. Cash-pay care includes portal messaging. Its mailing address is not a clinic.

How it works

The consent describes remote visits, questionnaires, uploads and messaging, with laboratory coordination when clinically appropriate. Remote care has limits: a clinician may recommend in-person evaluation instead. Submitting information or paying does not guarantee a prescription. Ask how follow-up works if symptoms or a prescription change require a different kind of visit. The health-data policy covers information outside HIPAA’s scope. It describes direct and automatic collection, inferences, and sharing with service providers and affiliates. It also describes consent and deletion rights subject to legal and recordkeeping limits. This is broader than a promise that nothing you enter will ever be shared. The separate HIPAA notice says LifeVine is not a covered entity. Medical information governed by HIPAA falls under the treating medical group’s notice. Read that notice for the clinical record rather than assuming the platform policy covers every use of your information.

Pricing transparency

The semaglutide page starts at $247/month; tirzepatide starts at $347/month. Both pages call these estimates and monthly equivalents of multi-month plans. They say the prescribing provider determines actual pricing. Neither headline establishes your selected upfront charge, supply quantity or plan length. A separate coaching campaign lists a semaglutide starter plan at $149/month and its personalized program at $199/month. It lists a tirzepatide starter plan at $210/month and its personalized program at $330/month. The personalized programs include eight-week coaching; the cards advertise provider consultation, shipping and no membership requirement. Do not substitute those campaign figures for a different product page or assume a starter price continues at every dose. A separate page headed Privacy Policy names Life Vine, LLC and describes possible visit, subscription, administrative and shipping fees. It ties refund eligibility to services having begun. Ask which operator and agreement apply to your offer; do not assume those terms govern every LifeVine Wellness purchase.

Branded vs compounded

The semaglutide and tirzepatide pages explicitly describe compounded, weekly subcutaneous injections. Confirm strength, quantity and pharmacy separately. Descriptions of pharmacy standards do not independently verify facility quality or identify your dispenser. Compounded drugs lack FDA approval and premarket review for safety, effectiveness and quality.

Pros and watch-outs

What we like

  • Named product pages identify preparation and injection route.
  • The consent addresses pharmacy choice and remote-care limits.
  • Patient rights state when subscription cancellation takes effect.

Watch-outs

  • Monthly equivalents leave the selected charge unresolved.
  • Separate campaign prices describe different program options.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the applicable service and policy.

How we assessed this. This review reflects GLP Loss’s own read of LifeVine Wellness’s publicly-stated model — pricing transparency, clinical oversight, medication clarity, and access — against our editorial methodology. We publish no fabricated ratings or first-hand outcomes. A partnership never changes the assessment — see how we make money.

Frequently asked

Does nationwide advertising guarantee my eligibility?
No. Availability depends on medication, state requirements and clinician licensure. Confirm eligibility for your prescription and location.
Can I choose a different pharmacy?
The consent permits pharmacy choice through support and allows transfers between pharmacy partners. Ask how a transfer affects your selected prescription and charges.
When does subscription cancellation take effect?
The patient-rights page permits cancellation through My Subscriptions or support, effective at the end of the current subscription period. That is not a promise of a refund.
Can I withdraw consent to telehealth?
The patient-rights page permits withdrawal of consent without undoing actions already taken under it. Arrange follow-up with your treating group.
What if services have already started?
A separate page naming Life Vine, LLC ties refunds to services begun. Confirm the operator and policy for your offer.
Can the platform erase every medical record?
The health-data policy describes deletion requests with retention limits. HIPAA-governed clinical information follows the treating group’s separate notice; ask that group about its records.
