Unique Physique review
Consultation and recurring prescription care
Consultation-led weight management with automatic renewals and public policies that leave several purchase details unresolved.
Our verdict
Unique Physique deserves a closer look if you want clinician-led weight management with a local pickup option. Its published billing and availability pages differ, so obtain written terms for your own prescription before paying.

What it is
Unique Physique offers weight-management consultations and GLP-1 prescribing when a clinician considers treatment appropriate. Its consent says the consultation fee is disclosed at booking and remains payable if you are medically ineligible. Amounts paid beyond that initial consultation are refundable under the consent when you are not cleared medically. That exception does not promise a refund after you start treatment. The website terms identify Unique Physique, LLC and describe clinical care through contracted professionals and practices. They also describe cash-pay services outside insurance networks; do not assume your health plan will reimburse the purchase.
How it works
The weight-management page describes an assessment of health history and goals, followed by medication when appropriate and ongoing monitoring. Ask how follow-up works and which clinician will review concerns between appointments. The telehealth consent explains that a remote visit may need an in-person examination or another consultation. It also describes sharing records with other clinicians with your consent and at your request. Remote access does not eliminate the need to coordinate with your usual healthcare team. Confirm the treating practice and how to obtain your records before beginning.
Pricing transparency
The pricing page advertises Essential at $159 and Premium at $289, each labeled as a one-month supply. Neither tier names its medication. Those figures therefore do not establish a semaglutide or tirzepatide price. The services page separately says prescriptions come in four-week increments. Four weeks and a calendar month are different durations; request the exact quantity, refill interval and total charge. For a recommended brand-name prescription sent to your chosen pharmacy, that page describes a $25 monthly prescription-sending fee and no prior-authorization service. That fee does not buy the medicine.
Branded vs compounded
The services page discusses branded and compounded options, selected individually. If your prescription is compounded, it lacks FDA approval and premarket FDA review of its safety, effectiveness and quality. It does not map the advertised tiers to a named product, preparation or pharmacy. Ask for the exact medicine, formulation, dispensing pharmacy and supplied quantity in writing. An advertisement for a program cannot establish those prescription details. For delivery, the shipments page describes local pickup and a possible $50 shipping charge, while some pharmacy shipments include delivery. It aims for seven to ten business days for pharmacies to ship; that is an estimate, not an arrival guarantee.

Frequently asked
- Can I use Unique Physique in my state?
- Confirm directly before paying. The pricing page excludes Alaska, California, Kansas and Wisconsin, while the terms exclude Wisconsin and Nebraska. Those lists do not match. General website access does not establish clinical availability where you live.
- Does the advertised price identify my GLP-1 prescription?
- No. Essential and Premium are program labels without a named medication on the pricing page. Ask which prescription the quote covers and whether consultation, delivery and other charges are included. Do not treat either tier as a guaranteed molecule-specific offer.
- How do automatic renewals and transfers work?
- The account policy describes automatic payments without a reminder before each charge. It requires documentation of an existing prescription for transfer patients rather than accepting a verbal account. It also says interim medication is not provided for pharmacy delays. Confirm your billing date and continuity arrangements.
- How do I cancel or request a refund?
- The services policy requires its cancellation form before the stated deadline, but the account page says to call. Refund language also differs between the services policy and treatment consent. Ask which written policy governs your order and keep confirmation. Do not assume canceling renewal reverses a pharmacy order.
- What should I know about delivery problems?
- Check the pickup or shipping arrangement before ordering. The account policy requires prompt reports and photographs for damage or missing items. It describes carrier-claim handling before replacement. The shipment estimate does not establish when treatment can begin, so clarify what happens if a delivery is delayed.
- What does the privacy policy cover?
- The privacy policy discusses both personal information and protected health information, including permitted disclosures and applicable rights. It separately explains advertising-related data practices and notes that other providers may have their own policies. Read the relevant clinical notice as well as the website policy; neither should be read as an absolute confidentiality guarantee.
