What it is

Endo Health, Inc. facilitates care; independent clinicians make prescribing decisions. The app does not replace those decisions.

How it works

Clinical partners hold medical records. Glow can process voluntarily shared weight, adherence, voice-coaching and Apple Health information. Glow’s prescription privacy policy assigns access, correction and disclosure-accounting requests to the healthcare provider or pharmacy holding the records. For app information, it offers access, correction and deletion requests through Glow. Those are different requests: closing an app account should not be treated as a request to erase a clinical record. Ask each organization which records it actually maintains. The prescription agreement also warns that technical failures can interrupt telehealth and that remote care may not suit every medical situation.

Pricing transparency

Semaglutide is $99 for the first month, then $199 monthly; tirzepatide is $199 first, then $349. Confirm the preparation covered.

Branded vs compounded

Oral semaglutide and tirzepatide are offered, but those routes are not tied to the headline prices. Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved.

Pros and watch-outs

What we like

  • Separate prescription agreement.
  • Distinct clinical-record responsibilities.

Watch-outs

  • Headline prices do not specify preparation.
  • Medication refunds go through the pharmacy.

Pricing & provider data · Last updated October 2026

How we assessed this. This review reflects GLP Loss’s own read of Glow’s publicly-stated model — pricing transparency, clinical oversight, medication clarity, and access — against our editorial methodology. We publish no fabricated ratings or first-hand outcomes. A partnership never changes the assessment — see how we make money.

Frequently asked

Does an assessment guarantee medication?
No. Independent clinicians decide whether to prescribe.
When is payment due?
At order. Selected subscriptions renew unless canceled before renewal.
Can consultation fees be refunded?
Potentially, if the consultation does not occur or the prescription is declined.
Are shipped medications returnable?
The agreement says pharmacies generally cannot accept shipped returns; contact the dispensing pharmacy.
Who holds my clinical records?
Healthcare partners hold clinical records; Glow handles app and voluntarily shared coaching data.
Can deleting the app account delete medical records?
Request account deletion from Glow and medical-record rights from the provider or pharmacy. They are separate responsibilities.
