Our verdict
The pricing table carries four products and four floors. Semaglutide and tirzepatide injections open at $149 and $299, and the oral versions at $263 and $325. Each is prefixed with a phrase that concedes dearer tiers exist, and none of those tiers is priced anywhere. A buyer can therefore learn the least a plan could cost and not what it will cost. The footnote hands final dose and titration schedule to provider discretion after a medical evaluation.

How it works
An online intake, a provider review of the submitted information, then a shipped medication. Concierge support, ongoing monitoring and check-ins are stated as included on every plan. Nutrition coaching is not included: it is billed at $49 a month, and a personalized meal plan is a further $99.
Pricing transparency
