Our verdict
Remote Pharmacy is two sellers wearing one brand. On the tablet pages it prints a block headed What You'll Pay, listing the monthly, three-month and six-month rates side by side. A reader can therefore see that the $167 headline on oral semaglutide is the six-month prepay rung and that month to month costs $296. On the injection pages that block simply is not there. The compounded semaglutide injection says As low as $167/mo and the compounded tirzepatide injection says Starts at $229.99/mo, with no term and no standing rate. The site's own Solutions menu meanwhile tells anyone who hovers it that weight loss starts at as little as $287 a month. Three floors, none of which agree, and the injection buyer gets the one with no arithmetic behind it.

How it works
A health questionnaire routes to a licensed physician who prescribes where appropriate, with fulfillment through named compounding pharmacies. Remote Pharmacy states it is not a subscription or auto-ship platform: refills must be requested from the patient portal, so nothing renews on its own.
Pricing transparency
The oral semaglutide page prints a monthly supply at $176 for the first month and $296 a month after it, a three-month supply at $650 total and a six-month supply at $999 total. The oral tirzepatide page prints $229.99 for the first month and $349.99 a month after it, with $950 and $1,800 totals for the longer terms. The two injection pages carry only the headline figures with no term attached, and the Solutions navigation menu states weight loss begins at as little as $287 a month. Brand pens are listed at $1319 for Ozempic and $1672 for Wegovy. The FAQ adds that higher doses typically cost more money, so no injection figure is a flat rate.
