What it is
Enhanced US LLC operates the site; independent telehealth providers deliver medical care.
How it works
Product pages describe a health questionnaire, clinician review of bloodwork, history and goals, and follow-up. Prescribing depends on clinical suitability. The privacy policy says Enhanced is not HIPAA-regulated; telehealth providers’ own policies govern their collection and use of information. Authorized sharing of health information with Enhanced is separate. The provider may be OpenLoop, Beluga Health or another network; those names do not identify your assigned clinician. The Nevada/Washington policy covers health-status inferences and information about seeking care. It describes targeted offers and vendor disclosures, with consent where required.
Pricing transparency
Product pages start semaglutide at $89 per month and tirzepatide at $129. These figures do not establish your dose, quantity, upfront payment or renewal charge. Another semaglutide-page version lists $249 monthly. That version also promises a full refund if a clinician finds treatment unsuitable. The terms separately retain consultation fees in some prescription-denial cases. Other Enhanced listings show $179 semaglutide, $136 microdosed semaglutide and $99 microdosed tirzepatide. Confirm which offer applies. The terms limit their 90-day guarantee to new patients’ eligible non-controlled prescriptions. Follow the prescribed 90-day plan and request within 30 days afterward. Only the latest medication billing cycle qualifies; earlier payments, labs, consultations, shipping and taxes are excluded. One refund per patient; Enhanced assesses eligibility in reasonable discretion.
Branded vs compounded
Enhanced markets compounded prescription weight treatments, which are not FDA-approved. Both named product pages specify subcutaneous injections.

How we assessed this. This review reflects GLP Loss’s own read of Enhanced’s publicly-stated model — pricing transparency, clinical oversight, medication clarity, and access — against our editorial methodology. We publish no fabricated ratings or first-hand outcomes. A partnership never changes the assessment — see how we make money.
Frequently asked
- Can fees remain after prescription denial?
- The terms say lab/consultation fees become nonrefundable once intake is approved and access is available, even without a prescription. Rejected or incomplete intake canceled before access is refundable.
- Is the platform privacy notice the clinical notice?
- No. Enhanced says its policy covers the platform; the independent telehealth provider’s policies apply to that provider. Review the notice for your selected service.
- What does the Nevada/Washington policy offer?
- Residents may request access, deletion or withdrawal of consent, subject to legal limits. Enhanced describes identity verification, possible denials and an appeal process. These are policy statements, not an independent compliance check.
- Is a prescription automatic?
- No. A clinician reviews your bloodwork, history and goals before deciding. Follow-up is described, but treatment is conditional rather than guaranteed.
- Are these brand-name medicines?
- The weight pathway describes compounded prescriptions. The product pages separately specify subcutaneous injections.
- What should I confirm about the advertised amounts?
- Ask which offer, preparation, quantity and billing schedule applies. A monthly starting figure alone does not establish your first payment or total commitment.
- Is Enhanced legit?
- Enhanced is a GLP-1 telehealth service. Its stated availability: US residents; confirm treatment-specific state availability. Before you pay, confirm whether it bills insurance and how its intake works in writing for your selected treatment.
- Is Enhanced expensive compared with other GLP-1 providers?
- Enhanced is listed from $89/mo in this comparison. The 387 reviewed GLP-1 providers with a listed monthly starting amount range from $76 to $1299, with a median of $179. That puts Enhanced below the median. The comparison excludes 192 other reviewed GLP-1 providers. Medicines, doses and payment commitments differ. Confirm the medication, renewal charge and included visits, supplies and delivery before deciding.
