Levity review

Brand pens, four-week cycle

Brand Ozempic and Mounjaro pens at brand prices, billed approximately every four weeks rather than monthly.

Our verdict

Levity sells brand-name pens rather than a compounded preparation, and says so plainly on every product card. The defect is the billing cycle, not the disclosure. Shipping approximately every four weeks means thirteen charges a year, which turns the $1,199 Ozempic plan into $1,299 a month and the $1,299 Mounjaro plan into $1,407. A separate homepage panel advertises a first month from $129 against $179, a rate no treatment on the site carries.

What it is

A telehealth weight-loss program dispensing brand Ozempic, Wegovy and Mounjaro pens. One bundled fee covers the medication, the prescription, clinical consultations and shipping. Coverage is listed as thirty-five states, and California is absent from that list.

How it works

An online consultation establishes eligibility, and a US-based clinical team issues the prescription. Progress is tracked monthly, and support runs Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern. Pens ship direct to the patient, approximately every four weeks.

Pricing transparency

Ozempic is $1,199 a month, Mounjaro $1,299 and Wegovy $1,599, each discounted by $50 in the first month under code WELCOME. The pricing FAQ puts the total range at $1,149 to $1,599 a month. Every card also states "Billed & shipped approx. every 4 weeks", which is thirteen cycles a year rather than twelve. On that cadence Ozempic works out at $1,299 a month and Mounjaro at $1,407.

Branded vs compounded

Brand-name Ozempic, Wegovy and Mounjaro, all weekly injectable pens. These are FDA-approved finished products, not compounded preparations, so what is being paid for is a brand price. No milligram dose appears beside any of the three on the product cards.

Frequently asked

Is Levity $1,199 a month?
That is the Ozempic figure, but the cycle is not a calendar month. Each plan is "Billed & shipped approx. every 4 weeks", which lands thirteen charges in a year. Spread across twelve months, $1,199 works out at $1,299.
Does Levity sell compounded semaglutide?
No. The three products are brand Ozempic, brand Wegovy and brand Mounjaro, each an FDA-approved pen. Compounded pricing is a different market, and Levity does not sell into it.
What is the $179 figure on the homepage?
It sits inside a promotional panel offering a first month from $129 against $179. No treatment listed on the site is priced at $179. The three product cards run from $1,199 to $1,599 a month.
Which states does Levity serve?
The FAQ names thirty-five, from Alaska to Wyoming. California is not among them. Levity adds that more locations are coming and invites buyers elsewhere to make contact.
