KairoRx review
Compare the selected billing cycle
KairoRx offers clinician-reviewed weight care with messaging and prescription-dependent costs.
Our verdict
Obtain one written offer before choosing a billing cycle. Public prices differ, and cancellation is not the same as a refund.

What it is
The terms describe KairoRx as a telehealth coordinator, not a medical practice or pharmacy. Its About page calls it a telehealth practice. Ask which clinical group will treat you and which pharmacy will dispense.
How it works
An assessment alone does not create a patient relationship or guarantee treatment. The FAQ says a provider must approve a plan before charging; plans generally continue month to month unless a longer term is chosen. The care workflow includes provider messaging after approval. Ask how clinical questions are handled between visits and whether any required testing has a separate charge. The homepage advertises round-the-clock support; its consent separately warns that the service is not continuously monitored. Confirm routine response times. For California residents, the privacy notice describes advertising-pixel sharing when analytics run, while saying health information and therapy names are withheld. It describes browser-level controls and Global Privacy Control. Those are policy statements, not an independent technical verification.
Pricing transparency
The treatment catalog lists semaglutide from $49 initially, then $199/month, and tirzepatide from $99 initially, then $349/month. These starting offers do not establish your prescribed quantity or complete invoice. The semaglutide page also shows $747 billed quarterly, presented as $249/month. That is a different payment schedule from its monthly offer; do not assume the quarterly label means a lower total for your prescription. The weight-loss page instead starts generic GLP injections at $149 and tablets at $249. It lists $99 brand membership plus medication, whereas the catalog lists $65/month access for Ozempic and Zepbound. Confirm which offer applies, including all care and drug charges. Approval triggers the first charge; its fourteen-day full refund also requires preparation not to have begun. Once prepared, cancellation stops future cycles rather than refunding that supply. A separate consultation-fee clause says completed clinical review is nonrefundable, including a declined prescription. Clarify how that clause fits the no-charge-if-declined promise before paying. Damaged or incorrect deliveries have a seven-day reporting window for free replacement; lost shipments are also replaced. Incorrect addresses or missed delivery have different conditions.
Branded vs compounded
Its treatment pages identify compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. The weight-loss page separately lists branded Wegovy and Zepbound options, subject to changing availability. Obtain the exact preparation and prescription directions; a generic GLP injection or tablet headline does not identify a named compounded product. Compounded drugs lack FDA approval and premarket review for safety, effectiveness and quality.

How we assessed this. This review reflects GLP Loss’s own read of KairoRx’s publicly-stated model — pricing transparency, clinical oversight, medication clarity, and access — against our editorial methodology. We publish no fabricated ratings or first-hand outcomes. A partnership never changes the assessment — see how we make money.
Frequently asked
- Is the brand access fee the medication price?
- No. The FAQ separates brand access from the medication charge. Ask for the combined cost of your proposed prescription and care.
- Does cancellation guarantee my money back?
- No. The policy distinguishes stopping future charges from refunding a prepared prescription. Its fourteen-day provision also requires that preparation has not started.
- Can I change my delivery address?
- Shipping guidance permits account changes before preparation; afterwards, contact support.
- Is shipping guaranteed overnight?
- No. The shipping page says timing depends on the pharmacy and carrier. Included shipping applies where the selected plan lists it.
- Does the messaging promise cover emergencies?
- No. Its consent says the service is not continuously monitored and is not for emergencies. Ask the clinical team how routine messages are handled.
- Can I request deletion of every record?
- The California notice allows deletion requests subject to exceptions; medical and pharmacy retention requirements can limit deletion. Request the applicable clinical notice as well.
