Omzo review
Online compounded-injection care with conflicting public price and fulfillment descriptions that require a selected-plan agreement.
Omzo connects patients with independent clinicians for weight care. Its advertised starting prices, follow-up charges and branded-drug fulfillment descriptions need reconciliation before purchase.
Our verdict
Omzo explains the separation between its platform, the clinician and the pharmacy, but its public purchase information is less consistent. Different pages show different treatment prices, and the refund terms do not simply match the shipping policy. That makes a written plan summary particularly valuable. Choose based on the total for the actual prescription and the next renewal, rather than a welcome discount or a claim about delivery speed. A useful agreement should resolve these differences before you authorize payment, not after a prescription has entered processing.

What it is
Omzo describes a technology platform connecting patients with independent US-licensed clinicians rather than a medical practice or dispensing pharmacy. Its main program uses compounded medicine; a clinician may also consider a branded prescription. The platform name therefore does not identify the professional responsible for your treatment or the facility preparing your medication. Ask for both names and a reliable clinical contact. A billing question belongs with the seller, while an instruction about using or changing medicine needs the prescriber or pharmacist.
How it works
The current weight-care page describes a health questionnaire, clinician review, a personalized plan and ongoing communication through an app. It also promotes check-ins and progress tracking. Those features can make remote follow-up convenient, but clarify whether an appointment is live or asynchronous and how urgent questions are handled. The separate program page describes continued clinician support and refills after the first assessment. Neither a short enrollment estimate nor an app screenshot establishes the response time for a particular medical concern.
Pricing transparency
The homepage advertises semaglutide from $179 and tirzepatide from $279. A separate program page instead labels both compounded options $179 per month and promotes $120 off a first month. The terms describe original initial GLP-1 and GLP-1-plus-GIP prices of $179 and $259, followed by $299 and $399 follow-up packages, including medication, consultation, shipping and support. These descriptions do not establish one consistent continuing charge or supply period. Ask which agreement controls your selected offer and obtain the first payment, renewal amount and supplied quantity together. Do not subtract a promotion from a different page’s price or assume every follow-up package represents one calendar month.
Branded vs compounded
The current collection identifies semaglutide and tirzepatide as weekly injections. Its main program explicitly uses compounded preparations. These are not FDA-approved, and FDA has not reviewed their safety, effectiveness or quality. Omzo’s safety page also explains that ingredients and preparation can differ from commercially manufactured medicine. Request the exact formulation, concentration, instructions and dispensing pharmacy rather than relying on an illustrated vial. A separate custom oral-kit listing does not establish an oral GLP-1 offer. The public material reviewed here does not identify the pharmacy assigned to every order.
Pros and watch-outs
What we like
- The current collection identifies the two injectable ingredients rather than relying only on a general weight-care label.
- Published shipping and safety policies provide useful questions to resolve before a prescription is processed.
- A separate privacy notice describes rights concerning medical information.
Watch-outs
- Different public pages give incompatible starting and follow-up price descriptions.
- The prescription-refund cutoff differs between general terms and shipping policy.
- The branded-drug fulfillment description also needs confirmation for the selected arrangement.

Best for
Adults comfortable with remote care who can obtain a clear selected-plan agreement and identify the responsible clinician and dispenser before payment.
Who should look elsewhere
Someone who needs an immediately dependable renewal budget, an established dispensing-pharmacy identity or an unconditional refund promise from the public headline alone.

How we assessed this. This review reflects GLP Loss’s own read of Omzo’s publicly-stated model — pricing transparency, clinical oversight, medication clarity, and access — against our editorial methodology. Frequently asked
- What does the starting price actually buy?
- The published price descriptions conflict. Request an itemized selected offer, its renewal terms and the amount supplied. An advertised entry figure is not enough to predict the cost of several months of treatment.
- Can Omzo ship a branded prescription?
- The terms offer a prescription-only path, naming Zepbound, an injectable tirzepatide brand. The common footer directs patients to their chosen pharmacy, while the terms describe limited Omzo-managed fulfillment exceptions. Confirm the selected arrangement, clinical eligibility and complete pharmacy bill. A branded prescription is not included in a compounded-program quote.
- What happens if the clinician declines treatment?
- The terms allow a medical-disqualification refund, except when relevant information was knowingly omitted or misrepresented. Billing errors are another stated exception. Eligible requests must be made in writing within 28 days of payment. Keep the eligibility decision and payment record so a refund request can identify the applicable exception.
- Can I cancel before the medicine ships?
- The terms generally make prescription orders nonrefundable once intake is submitted. The shipping policy instead ties its cutoff to approval and pharmacy processing or shipment. Obtain a written explanation of which cutoff controls your order. Canceling future charges should be addressed separately from recovering a payment already processed.
- How long does delivery take?
- The shipping policy estimates approximately four to seven business days from approval to delivery, with delays possible. It also permits a full-refund request if an order has not shipped within 14 business days of placement. This matters more than interpreting a promotional delivery claim as a guaranteed arrival date. Ask how tracking problems or damaged medicine are resolved.
- Is service available everywhere in the United States?
- The terms restrict sales and shipping to the 50 states, excluding other territories and countries. That geographic boundary is not confirmation that every preparation is available in every state. Verify your treatment location, assigned clinician and pharmacy before paying, especially if travel or a move could affect the next refill.
- How are medical records and privacy requests handled?
- The HIPAA notice describes access, amendment, disclosure-accounting and confidential-communication requests. Ask which medical practice holds the clinical record and where a request should go. A privacy statement supplies contact routes and responsibilities; it does not independently verify the technical security of every platform or the license of a clinician.
- Can I opt out of marketing without ending care?
- The privacy policy describes marketing and information-sharing choices. Clarify which messages concern advertising and which concern appointments, prescriptions or account notices. Keep a dependable channel for clinical communication when changing preferences, and retain copies of any cancellation confirmation rather than treating a marketing opt-out as a subscription cancellation.
