Pricing transparency
Care membership is $29 monthly; medication is separate. Drug starts are $149 for Foundayo or oral Wegovy, $199 for Wegovy injection and $299 for Zepbound, varying by dose.
Monthly terms last thirty days; prepaid annual terms last 365 days. Both auto-renew. Cancel by email before renewal; access continues through the paid term. Partial periods are nonrefundable; prorated exceptions cover company termination without your breach and monthly-to-annual switching. Pharmacy choice is permitted.
Use the dose-specific medication quote and the selected membership term when preparing a budget. Keep the initial amount, future authorization and refund category distinct. Do not assume that a cancellation confirmation also answers whether a particular payment will be returned. Save the applicable agreement and ask for a written explanation of any exception you intend to rely on.
Branded vs compounded
Oral Foundayo and Wegovy, plus injectable Wegovy and Zepbound, are listed as brand-name options.
NovoCare or LillyDirect fulfillment is described.
Ask which preparation and quantity the clinician would prescribe, and which pharmacy quote applies to it. A route choice is a question for the treating clinician; matching brand names does not make different preparations interchangeable.
