Heva Health review

Heva separates prepaid compounded treatment packages from brand-medication care subscriptions and concierge membership. Those paths have different payments, inclusions and availability rules.

Heva Health review: prepaid compounded GLP-1 packages, brand-medication care fees, concierge costs, clinical review and the pharmacy-fulfillment refund cutoff.

Our verdict

Heva offers several ways to enter care, making the selected pathway more important than the lowest number on the homepage. A prepaid medication package, a prescription-management subscription and a concierge membership are different purchases. The useful approach is to choose the clinical relationship first, then compare its actual charge and medication arrangement. The dedicated product pages provide more specific terms than a general cancel-anytime message. Obtain those terms with the order confirmation, especially if a large prepaid package would be difficult to unwind.

What it is

The general terms identify Heva Health LLC and describe a platform that may connect patients with Beluga Health, P.A. or affiliated providers. The current site presents both direct-access treatment and broader functional-medicine care. Neither the shared brand nor a clinician biography establishes that all patients receive the same visits, lab testing or prescription arrangement. Ask which clinical practice is responsible for your selected program and how to reach it after enrollment. That is more useful than assuming a general wellness membership includes every product in the shop.

How it works

The service guide describes a health questionnaire, provider review, possible laboratory testing and a video call for some treatments. It also describes messaging and provider review before refills. Clarify the difference between clinical approval for a refill and the payment agreement for the selected plan. Ask who reviews symptoms between included visits and whether another appointment is needed if treatment changes. The guide describes licensed pharmacy partners, but it does not name the specific dispenser for a GLP-1 order; request that information before fulfillment.

Pricing transparency

The live semaglutide selector lists one-, three- and six-month packages for $199, $522 and $894, paid upfront without automatic renewal. It includes a virtual consultation, prescription medication, supplies and shipping; longer packages show additional check-ins. The tirzepatide selector separately lists $349, $899 and $1,499 for those package lengths. These totals should not be presented as monthly subscription charges. Compare the upfront purchase with the included clinical schedule, and confirm when another package is needed rather than assuming enrollment creates indefinite refills.

Branded vs compounded

Heva’s dedicated compounded pages list semaglutide with B12 and glycine, and tirzepatide with glycine and B12. Compounded drugs lack FDA approval and premarket FDA verification of safety, effectiveness or quality. Separate product pages list branded Wegovy and Zepbound pathways; their care charges exclude medication. Ask the clinician to identify the actual preparation, route and supplied quantity. A menu containing both branded and compounded options does not establish that one path is interchangeable with another or that a general pharmacy statement applies to every product.

Pros and watch-outs

What we like

  • Dedicated selectors show prepaid totals and the included visit structure.
  • Brand-medication pages explicitly separate care fees from pharmacy payment.
  • The concierge page identifies a narrower state list than the nationwide direct-access description.

Watch-outs

  • General subscription language can obscure the nonrenewing prepaid package structure.
  • A broad refund headline is limited by the pharmacy-fulfillment cutoff.
  • The selected dispenser and exact supplied quantity need confirmation.

How we assessed this. This review reflects GLP Loss’s own read of Heva Health’s publicly-stated model — pricing transparency, clinical oversight, medication clarity, and access — against our editorial methodology. We publish no fabricated ratings or first-hand outcomes. A partnership never changes the assessment — see how we make money.

Frequently asked

Does a six-month package mean six monthly payments?
The current dedicated compounded product selectors say paid upfront and no automatic renewal. The divided equivalent is therefore a budgeting calculation, not the charge collected each month. Save the selected package and included-visit details. The general site still uses subscription language in places, so request clarification if the payment screen describes a different arrangement.
Does the advertised starting price rise with dose?
The compounded product pages state the same price at any dose. That seller claim applies to the named package, not every Heva service or a guaranteed prescription strength. Ask which titration course and quantity the provider has approved, and what happens if the supplied medication or clinical schedule needs to change before the package ends.
What does the Wegovy care subscription pay for?
The Wegovy page lists injection and tablet choices under a monthly care charge of $99, covering visits, oversight and dose adjustments. The medication is separate. Obtain the pharmacy quote and payment arrangement for the actual product before comparing the combined cost with a medication-included package. The care fee alone is not a medicine price.
Is the Zepbound subscription a medication bundle?
No. Its page also lists a $99 monthly clinical-care subscription, with medication separately billed and fulfilled through Lilly Direct. Confirm the selected presentation and any coverage-dependent pharmacy payment. A subscription that manages prescribing can still leave a substantial separate medicine charge, so keep those obligations visible as separate line items.
How is concierge membership different?
The concierge page charges $349 for the first month’s lab panel, available home draw and initial visit, then $99 monthly for continuing labs and visits. Medication is extra at member pricing. It lists Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Iowa, Idaho, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. Do not transfer that care fee or location list to every direct-access medication offer.
When does the medication-package refund stop applying?
The dedicated product guarantee provides a full program refund for clinical unsuitability before pharmacy fulfillment, including visit and lab fees. It also describes pre-fulfillment cancellation refunds. Once medication is sent for pharmacy fulfillment, the stated protection ends; choosing to stop after filling is excluded. Contact support promptly and obtain the fulfillment status rather than treating shipment delivery as the only cutoff.
Can every patient receive compounded tirzepatide?
The dedicated tirzepatide page excludes Alaska, Arkansas, Indiana and South Carolina from dispensing. That is a specific product restriction despite the broader nationwide direct-access message. Confirm both the reviewing clinician’s licensing and the pharmacy’s ability to serve your address. A concierge-eligible state or another medication’s availability does not resolve this restriction.
Do the general terms establish the same rules for all programs?
No. The document includes a specifically labeled testosterone-program section, including membership, laboratory and cancellation provisions. Those details should not automatically be applied to a compounded weight-loss package. Ask for the terms attached to the selected GLP-1 purchase, including any additional services and refund process, and retain them with the product-page description.
