Fitness RX review

No product priced

Six treatments are offered on the landing page and not one of them carries a price of its own.

Our verdict

Fitness RX lists injectable tirzepatide, injectable semaglutide, sublingual semaglutide, Ozempic, Wegovy and Zepbound, and prices none of them. The site's only figure is an as-low-as floor that names no molecule, no dose and no supply period. It cannot be the compounded semaglutide rate and the branded Zepbound rate at the same time. The terms page then puts shipping outside that floor at $5 to $20, calculated at checkout, and says a higher dose may mean a different plan at a higher cost. Anything more specific waits behind an account signup, which is a long way to travel for a number.

What it is

An online weight-loss program pairing GLP-1 medication with a three-phase coaching sequence, offering compounded injections, a sublingual option and branded products.

How it works

A free online visit, then a subscription billed on a recurring cycle to a stored payment method. Prescriptions are filled by third-party licensed pharmacies. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and prescription medication cannot be returned or refunded.

Pricing transparency

One figure is published, stated as an as-low-as monthly rate including medication. It sits on the landing page with no molecule attached, beside a sign-up discount code and a free overnight shipping offer described as available today. The terms page gives the standing shipping charge as $5 to $20 depending on product and destination, applied at checkout. It also warns that a medically necessary dose increase carries an associated increase in cost. A footnote about plans starting at a far lower figure after a trial belongs to the bundled fitness app, not to the medication.

Branded vs compounded

Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide by injection, a sublingual semaglutide, and branded Ozempic, Wegovy and Zepbound. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy or quality before dispensing. The branded products are approved drugs and a different proposition entirely. No compounding pharmacy is named, and no milligram strength is published.

Frequently asked

How much does Fitness RX cost?
The site publishes one as-low-as monthly figure said to include medication, and attaches it to nothing in particular. Six different treatments are offered, from compounded injections to branded Zepbound, and the figure cannot describe all of them. Product-level pricing appears only after an account is created.
Is shipping included?
The landing page offers free overnight shipping on GLP-1 orders as a same-day promotion. The terms page states the standing rate instead: $5 to $20 depending on the medication and the destination, calculated at checkout. Those are two different claims about the same charge.
Does the price change as the dose goes up?
The terms say it can. If a provider decides a higher dose is medically necessary, the company notifies the patient of any associated increase in cost and may recommend a different subscription plan. No additional charge is applied without consent, but the entry figure is a starting-dose figure.
Can a subscription be canceled?
Yes, from the account dashboard, and cancellation applies at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are not offered for unused services. Prescription medication cannot be returned or refunded once an order has shipped.
