# GLP Loss > Independent reviews of GLP-1 telehealth sellers — semaglutide and tirzepatide, compounded and brand. We read the standing monthly rate off each seller's own page, not the prepay figure it leads with. GLP Loss reviews the companies selling GLP-1 online — compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, by injection and in oral preparations — and scores them on price transparency, how a price behaves across the dose ladder, and access. Independent: no parent company, no sponsored rankings. ## The single most important thing to know about buying GLP-1 online **The drugs work; what most of these sellers dispense is not the approved drug. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy or quality before they reach you.** - **What the molecules are.** Semaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist; tirzepatide is a dual GIP/GLP-1 receptor agonist. Both are given as a once-weekly subcutaneous injection and are titrated upward over several months. Oral semaglutide exists as an approved tablet, and several sellers on this site also compound their own oral preparations. - **Approved products exist, under brand names.** Semaglutide is approved as Wegovy and Ozempic, and tirzepatide as Zepbound and Mounjaro. Those are the products the trials below studied. A compounded preparation bought from a telehealth seller is a different thing: it may contain the same molecule, but it has not been through the review those brands went through, and its strength and purity are the compounding pharmacy's responsibility rather than the FDA's. - **Efficacy — semaglutide.** STEP 1 randomized 1,961 adults with overweight or obesity to once-weekly semaglutide 2.4 mg or placebo for 68 weeks. Mean change in body weight was −14.9% against −2.4% on placebo (PMID 33567185, N Engl J Med 2021). - **Efficacy — tirzepatide.** SURMOUNT-1 randomized 2,539 adults for 72 weeks; mean weight reduction reached −20.9% at the 15 mg dose against −3.1% on placebo (PMID 35658024, N Engl J Med 2022). SURMOUNT-5 directly compared the two in adults with obesity without diabetes at their maximum tolerated doses. At 72 weeks, mean weight reduction was 20.2% with tirzepatide and 13.7% with semaglutide (PMID 40353578, N Engl J Med 2025). These are results for the studied approved medicines, not compounded preparations. - **Outcomes beyond weight.** SELECT followed 17,604 adults with cardiovascular disease and obesity but without diabetes, and reported fewer major adverse cardiovascular events on semaglutide than on placebo (PMID 37952131, N Engl J Med 2023). This is a far larger and more recent evidence base than most telehealth categories can point to. - **It comes back when you stop, and both drugs have shown this.** In STEP 4, participants switched to placebo regained weight over the following year (PMID 33755728, JAMA 2021); SURMOUNT-4 found the same pattern after tirzepatide withdrawal (PMID 38078870, JAMA 2024). A price is therefore an ongoing price, which is why this site ranks on the standing monthly rate rather than on an introductory one. The claims worth treating skeptically here are not about whether the drugs work — they do, on the evidence above. They are about what a compounded product actually contains, what a "microdose" protocol is based on, and what the advertised monthly figure will really cost you in month two. ## Three findings from our own provider sweep **1. Oral GLP-1 is not reliably the cheap format.** Across 91 usable advertised oral/injection quote pairs, matched within the same seller, molecule and compounded supply, 75 differ and 45 have the higher oral quote. These are product comparisons, not counts of distinct sellers. A buyer comparing formats should compare the two quotes for the same molecule and seller, with the supply and renewal terms attached. **2. Molecule and preparation both matter.** Among the providers with published editorial coverage, published monthly comparison amounts for compounded semaglutide span $76–$399/month by injection and $99–$599/month orally. Compounded tirzepatide quotes span $86–$499/month by injection and $119–$434/month orally. These are separate, scoped monthly-comparison ranges, including longer-term payment equivalents, not verified checkout totals. They exclude branded products, unavailable quotes and rows marked promotional or non-monthly. Package, dose and renewal conditions still apply; see the individual review before comparing a bill. **3. An advertised price may have conditions.** Prices here are published seller figures with their stated terms, not checkout-verified bills. Some quotes require prepayment, apply only to a starting dose, or leave renewal costs unclear; the review records those limits. Confirm the renewal rate and required upfront payment before enrolling. ## How our rankings work Scores are computed from a published rubric — price transparency, honest headline, dose-ladder pricing, access — and are **blind to whether we earn a commission**. Commercial relationships set display order on category pages, never the score, and every paid placement is labeled. 27 of 471 sellers we cover are current partners: 27 are wired to a GLP-1 destination and appear labeled Partner, sorted first on their board; every other outbound link on this site remains editorial. What does differ is one drug interaction, and the pricing variables that decide what a year costs. - [Compounded Semaglutide Under $150 a Month | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/best/semaglutide-under-150): Compare published compounded semaglutide injection quotes under $150 per month. Both state fifty-state coverage; the clearer difference is injections alone versus a wider choice of formulations. - [Breeze Meds vs Direct Meds: which GLP-1 seller is right for you? | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/compare/breeze-meds-vs-direct-meds): Breeze Meds carries the lower headline, yet on the tablet specifically it is Direct Meds that comes in $50 under. - [Breeze Meds vs Eden: which GLP-1 seller is right for you? | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/compare/breeze-meds-vs-eden): A dollar apart on the semaglutide sticker, and the thing you cannot pin down is a different thing at each. - [Breeze Meds vs HumeCare+: which GLP-1 seller is right for you? | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/compare/breeze-meds-vs-humecare): Breeze Meds' tablet bundles are the tell: $899 for three months and $1,799 for six both work out fractionally above its own monthly figure. - [Care Bare Rx vs Breeze Meds: which GLP-1 seller is right for you? | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/compare/care-bare-rx-vs-breeze-meds): Same entry price, same four named pharmacies — the split shows up the moment you ask what tirzepatide costs. - [CeliaRx vs DoctorAdam: which GLP-1 seller is right for you? | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/compare/celia-rx-vs-doctoradam): One of these figures is a single charge for a bottle with no month in it; the other is a monthly rate sitting exactly on its own catalog's stated floor. - [CoreAge Rx vs HealthRX: which GLP-1 seller is right for you? | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/compare/coreage-rx-vs-healthrx): HealthRX's year and CoreAge's month arrive at the same annual total, which turns this into a question about when the money leaves your account. - [Direct Meds vs Embody: which GLP-1 seller is right for you? | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/compare/direct-meds-vs-embody): Direct Meds identifies its oral option as sublingual drops. Embody's current terms describe gum, and its older oral price is no longer a reliable basis for a $20 comparison. - [Direct Meds vs Found: which GLP-1 seller is right for you? | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/compare/direct-meds-vs-found): The gap in the table below belongs to a prepaid year. Pay either of these by the month and $128 becomes $8. - [DoctorAdam vs BetterMe Rx: which GLP-1 seller is right for you? | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/compare/doctoradam-vs-betterme-rx): Neither of these prices is a ceiling: one climbs with every dose step, and the other is a discount under a clock that restarts every three days. - [Edessa vs Idgie Health: which GLP-1 seller is right for you? | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/compare/edessa-vs-idgie-health): Idgie's tablet carries a second drug its price card never names, so part of the $58 between these two is buying a different formulation. - [Embody vs Strut Health: which GLP-1 seller is right for you? | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/compare/embody-vs-strut-health): Strut Health publishes an oral-tablet rate; Embody's current oral program needs a fresh quote before the two can be compared on price. - [Enhance MD vs Live Vital: which GLP-1 seller is right for you? | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/compare/enhance-md-vs-live-vital): Neither of these sells a calendar month: one bills every four weeks and keeps going, the other sells seventy days and ends. - [Gala vs Pallas Health: which GLP-1 seller is right for you? | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/compare/gala-vs-pallas-health): Pallas Health's tirzepatide arrives as $897 every twelve weeks after a $179 opener; Gala's is a yearly rate for doses below the trial schedule. - [He & She MD vs Care Bare Rx: which GLP-1 seller is right for you? | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/compare/he-and-she-md-vs-care-bare-rx): He & She MD strikes through $199 to advertise $99. Care Bare Rx charges the $199 — and neither figure is a quote for one month of one drug. - [HealthRX vs Trimi Health: which GLP-1 seller is right for you? | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/compare/healthrx-vs-trimi-health): The recorded semaglutide annual-plan totals match at $1,188. HealthRX also lists shorter plans; choosing between them requires comparing the upfront commitment and cancellation terms. - [HumeCare+ vs Direct Meds: which GLP-1 seller is right for you? | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/compare/humecare-vs-direct-meds): HumeCare+ markets a medication, body-scan and app bundle. Direct Meds' recorded offer centers on medication and a published starting-dose schedule; the bundle's stated value is not a measured saving. - [Live Vital vs Apex MD: which GLP-1 seller is right for you? | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/compare/live-vital-vs-apex-md): These quotes cover different offers: Live Vital's fixed ten-week block and Apex MD's semaglutide preparation with added ingredients. - [Midi Health vs Curex: which GLP-1 seller is right for you? | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/compare/midi-health-vs-curex): Only one of these two will name the molecule on its pricing page, and only one publishes an ongoing tirzepatide rate at all — they are not the same one. - [NuuVim vs Tru2u: which GLP-1 seller is right for you? | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/compare/nuuvim-vs-tru2u): One of these sellers publishes the rate it does not advertise; the other does not sell the medication it prices, and says so in its own terms. - [Oak vs Care Bare Rx: which GLP-1 seller is right for you? | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/compare/oak-vs-care-bare-rx): Dose pricing is contradicted on both of these sites, and only one of them tells you how much a step up costs. - [Oak vs He & She MD: which GLP-1 seller is right for you? | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/compare/oak-vs-he-and-she-md): Oak's recorded checkout did not match its advertised $119, $167 and $190 entry figures. He & She MD's $99 is a monthly equivalent on an upfront annual payment. - [Sesame Care vs Collective: which GLP-1 seller is right for you? | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/compare/sesame-care-vs-collective): For semaglutide injections, Sesame offers branded Wegovy while Collective offers a compounded preparation. Both add a required access charge, so the medication headline is not the full bill. - [SkinnyRx vs Bodybuilding Health+: which GLP-1 seller is right for you? | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/compare/skinnyrx-vs-bodybuilding-health-plus): Bodybuilding Health+ is $90 a month under SkinnyRx on injectable tirzepatide, and stays under it at every plan length either one publishes. - [SkinnyRx vs Synergy Rx: which GLP-1 seller is right for you? | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/compare/skinnyrx-vs-synergy-rx): SkinnyRx's $199 sublingual semaglutide quote is not its tablet price. Comparing oral options requires checking the preparation as well as the recurring charge. - [Strut Health vs Apex MD: which GLP-1 seller is right for you? | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/compare/strut-health-vs-apex-md): Strut Health quotes its oral semaglutide on auto-refill; Apex MD lists month-to-month billing. The price gap alone does not explain the difference in service. - [Strut Health vs Enhance MD: which GLP-1 seller is right for you? | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/compare/strut-health-vs-enhance-md): Enhance MD's first fill is $112 with a code, which puts month one below Strut Health's standing rate and reverses the order here exactly once. - [Strut Health vs Live Vital: which GLP-1 seller is right for you? | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/compare/strut-health-vs-live-vital): Two figures conditional in opposite directions: one is low because it repeats, the other because it ends after seventy days. - [Synergy Rx vs Oak: which GLP-1 seller is right for you? | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/compare/synergy-rx-vs-oak): Neither opening charge is the rate you keep paying: one first month is discounted, the other is the bottom of a ladder that climbs. - [Tru2u vs GetRelief Rx: which GLP-1 seller is right for you? | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/compare/tru2u-vs-getrelief-rx): The gap between these two is small enough to ignore, and it would not matter anyway: only one of the two figures has a period attached to it. - [Contact GLP Loss | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/contact): How to reach GLP Loss — corrections, provider and pricing updates, press, and partnership enquiries, each with a direct route. - [Corrections Policy | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/corrections): GLP Loss's corrections policy: how to report an error, how we evaluate it, and how corrections are logged, dated, and disclosed on the affected page. - [Disclosures | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/disclosures): How GLP Loss earns revenue, our FTC affiliate disclosure under 16 CFR Part 255, and the firewall between commercial partnerships and editorial verdicts. - [Editorial Policy | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/editorial-policy): How GLP Loss sources clinical claims, verifies them against primary literature, handles corrections, and keeps editorial calls independent of advertisers. - [Medical Disclaimer | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/medical-disclaimer): GLP Loss is not medical advice. the mandatory program it is gated behind is the one number the practice will not put on a page. - [bmiMD reviews (2026): compounded semaglutide sellers | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/reviews/bmimd): bmiMD shows $99 struck through from $151.20 and labeled a limited-time offer. The $99 is the twelve-month rate; a month at a time is $129. - [Bodi Envi reviews (2026): GLP-1 sellers by price | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/reviews/bodi-envi): The standing price sits in plain sight beside the discount, and the discount is wrapped in a countdown clock that never actually runs out. - [Bodybuilding Health+ reviews (2026): compounded semaglutide sellers | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/reviews/bodybuilding-health-plus): $179 semaglutide and $209 tirzepatide month to month, with four pharmacies named and a twelve-month tirzepatide tier that costs more per month than the six. - [Bon Health reviews (2026): GLP-1 sellers by price | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/reviews/bon-health): $170 a month on the annual plan, $330 month to month — the same treatment at 94% more if you will not commit a year. - [boostAGErx reviews (2026): GLP-1 sellers by price | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/reviews/boostagerx): The advertised $95 requires paying $1,140 up front for forty-eight weeks, and the plan labeled Monthly buys four weeks, not a calendar month. - [Boston Medical Group reviews (2026): compounded tirzepatide sellers | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/reviews/boston-medical-group): $99 covers all six semaglutide doses and four weeks of medication, on a page that also says plans start at $190. - [Breeze Meds reviews (2026): compounded semaglutide sellers | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/reviews/breeze-meds): $199 injectable semaglutide rising to $399 tirzepatide, with the oral tablet above the injection at $299 — and four pharmacies named on the page. - [Brello Health reviews (2026): GLP-1 sellers by price | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/reviews/brello-health): Every plan renews every eleven weeks rather than every month, which turns the advertised $133 into $158 a calendar month. - [Brightmeds reviews (2026): GLP-1 sellers by price | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/reviews/brightmeds): The catalog page for compounded semaglutide lists no price at all, because every price Brightmeds publishes for it sits on a promotional page the menu links to instead. - [Cabana reviews (2026): GLP-1 telehealth sellers | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/reviews/cabana): Cabana combines remote prescribing with concierge support and a menu of compounded injections and tablets. Its membership and medication have separate charges, and longer membership commitments change the care fee. - [Roboclinic reviews (2026): compounded semaglutide sellers | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/reviews/roboclinic): $179 is the twelve-month rate, and a single month of the same compounded semaglutide is $299. - [Roen Rx reviews (2026): GLP-1 sellers by price | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/reviews/roen-rx): Three numbers lead the weight-loss page and none of them is what a cash buyer pays each month for a compounded GLP-1. - [RX Bella reviews (2026): compounded semaglutide sellers | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/reviews/rx-bella): $249 a month, billed monthly with free shipping and nothing else attached — on a storefront that is one configuration of an application seven other brands also run. - [Rx.com reviews (2026): GLP-1 sellers by price | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/reviews/rx-com): Every rung of the plan ladder is printed, the dispensing pharmacy is named and the milligram range is published — and the month being sold is twenty-eight days long. - [RxION Health reviews (2026): GLP-1 sellers by price | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/reviews/rxion-health): The semaglutide page strikes through $199 and prints $99 beside it, but $99 buys a six-month plan paid up front. - [RxPepsDirect reviews (2026): GLP-1 sellers by price | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/reviews/rxpepsdirect): A $79 first month buys a starter vial, the provider visit and overnight shipping — then the vial price climbs every month as the dose steps up. - [RxPros reviews (2026): GLP-1 sellers by price | GLP Loss](https://glploss.com/reviews/rxpros): The homepage promises you can cancel anytime;
